By accessing or using Fleet King AI ("Service"), operated by Scape-Ology LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scape-Ology LLC.
Fleet King AI provides business tools for fleet and equipment operations and facilities and HVAC service workflows. Features include record and document processing, asset catalogs, AI-assisted analysis, work requests and approvals, preventive schedules, labor timers, optional location evidence, attachments, and report sharing. Available features depend on the plan, role, configuration, and deployment.
Prices, asset and location limits, seats, billing periods, and included services are those shown at checkout or in your accepted quote, order form, or written agreement. No fixed price or unlimited entitlement is established by this page. Additional implementation or integration services require a separate agreement.
Payments are processed through Stripe where applicable. You authorize the applicable charges when purchasing a plan. Subscription renewal and cancellation terms are those disclosed when purchasing or otherwise agreed in writing. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Designated sandbox access does not activate a paid subscription; payments are disabled there.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of all data, documents, and files you upload to Fleet King AI. By uploading content, you grant Scape-Ology LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell or share your fleet data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents or data to the Service, including maintenance records involving third-party vendors or contractors.
Fleet King AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze your fleet data and provide recommendations. You acknowledge that:
All software, algorithms, models, designs, trademarks, and content comprising the Fleet King AI platform are the exclusive property of Scape-Ology LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service or its underlying technology.
"Fleet King AI" is a trademark of Scape-Ology LLC. Unauthorized use of this trademark is prohibited.
Each party agrees to keep the other party's confidential information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, pricing, business data, technical specifications, and customer information.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCAPE-OLOGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to use the Service and grant access on its behalf. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for membership, roles, worker notices, and permissions required to submit or monitor operational and labor information. Use your own authorized account; a work-mode selection changes presentation and does not itself grant permissions.
Approving work authorizes the recorded scope and spending limit; it does not verify completion, final charges, safety, or vendor acceptance. AI recommendations do not themselves authorize spending. Dispatch may open a prepared message in your email application; you must complete sending it. Opening an email draft is not confirmation of delivery.
Location samples are optional device-reported evidence with accuracy limits and capture gaps. They are not proof of continuous attendance, completed work, or safe operations. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for consequential worker decisions.
Replacement values may be category planning estimates, user-entered values, or sourced information. A planning estimate is not a current vendor quote. Review the source, assumptions, date, equipment match, and completeness of records before relying on analysis. Missing records are not proof of missed maintenance, and repeated categories are not proof of an identical failure.
You control recipients of reports, exports, printed copies, and messages. Check content and recipients before sharing; exported copies may remain outside workspace access controls.
Designated sandboxes are for testing with synthetic or non-sensitive information. Test accounts and records are separate from live storage, but AI and other service providers may still process test requests. Features and test records may be changed or reset. Sandbox access does not include a production availability commitment, and payments are disabled.
Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled material, or other restricted government data unless the particular deployment and written agreement expressly permit it. These Terms do not assert FedRAMP, CMMC, or other government authorization. Specific service levels, integrations, and recovery commitments apply only if agreed in writing.
